  • Website Hosting & Maintenance On A Dedicated Server
    Server to be controlled and managed by CMC; Regular Site Maintenance of plugins, version control and server performance.
  • Premium Web Technical Support
    Bug fixes, functionality requests/assistance and 24-hour response time during normal business hours. **Note: 24-hour response time indicates that a tech team member will provide a response within 24 hours, however in some cases an implementation of a solution may take longer.
  • Semi-Annual Tech Coaching Sessions
    Meet 1-on-1 with CMC’s Web & Tech Support team for individualized coaching sessions 2x/year. ​​Tech Coaching Sessions are scheduled by Premium Members using this form.
  • Domain Management
    Set-up and management of at least 3 branded URLs.
  • Branded Site URL
    Ability to have your site live at your branded domain and NOT forward to city.momcollective.com. **Available to sites that have at least 3 consecutive years of ownership tenure with CMC.
  • Email Maintenance & Manage of Branded Address
    Set-up and management of G-Suite email addresses; Includes 3 Branded Email addresses; $6/month for additional email addresses

Advanced Tech Support

The items outlined below are examples of work that would be considered to be outside of the Standard Tech Support Scope, however your dues do cover up to 2 hours of Advanced Tech Support per calendar month.

Note: Premium hours DO NOT roll over and can not be combined. In some cases a requested project may require additional hours and would be billed at $85/hour.

  • SEO Audits
    Get a comprehensive audit of your content as well as recommendations on how to boost your organic SEO. Note: Ongoing SEO support may come at an additional cost.
  • Guide Templates
    Start planning for upcoming guides by getting assistance building a custom template.
  • Keyword Planning
    Get a qualified list of organic keywords to incorporate into your content.
  • Category + Tag Cleanup
    Remove unnecessary tags and categories from your site. Includes creating appropriate URL redirects. Note: Depending on the number of tags/categories additional development hours may be needed to complete.
  • Moving To {City} Guide
    Consider an interactive resource like this Moving To City Guide. This same functionality could have multiple uses for additional resources as well. Note: Graphics and content entry are not included in the 2 hours, and will require additional development hours to complete. Example: Boston’s Moving Guide took 10+ hours to complete.
  • Competitor Analysis + Gap Report
    Wonder how your site compares to local competitors? A competitor analysis will give you a snapshot into your spot in the marketplace.
  • Daisy Chaining + Redirect Correction
    Run an analysis on old daisy chains and clean up outdated redirects.
  • Website Audit + Recommendations
    The Tech Team will run an extensive audit on your website from site speed to formatting considerations. Results of the audit can be addressed in the next month’s tech hours.
  • Google Ads Strategy + Planning
    Google Ads are a great way to drive traffic to your content that might not have built up enough organic SEO. The tech team can provide a blueprint for getting started.
