Step 1: Don’t panic!
We almost always already know and are already working on it before you even realize there is an outage.
Step 2: Troubleshoot
Try a different browser, try a different device. it might be isolated to the browser or device you are using, and your troubleshooting efforts will either help you resolve the issue or help inform us of what the issue might be.
Step 3: Wait 5 minutes.
Our downtime is typically incredibly short period of time and often resolves quickly.
Step 4: Get an outside view.
Ask a friend, partner, etc if they are able to pull it up o their device to see if they’re able to
Step 5: Open a Tech Ticket, rather than heading to the Facebook group.
Please know that we are her to support you and answer your questions, however, tags in the Facebook groups will get lost and we don’t want the conversation or your needs to get lost!
