We first started working with Visor Versa in 2009 to create a logo and simple website to get her idea off the ground. The brand has evolved over time and various other pieces were designed, such as product tags, packaging, flyers and trade show graphics, to accompany the e-commerce website.
We recently redesigned the website to make it mobile responsive bringing the technology up-to-date. We also determined the need to make the overall shopping experience easier for customers.
One of the first things we addressed was the ease of adding new interchangeable bands to the website. Since there were so many bands (400+), we decided to use a new shopping cart software that would not only allow adding new bands easily to the online store but also allow us to tag them and make them easier to be found by filtering and search results. Along with the new e-commerce software was also a better checkout experience for the customer.
The new website is now a better experience overall for customers. Finding the visors and matching bands is now much easier and the checkout process is simpler and more streamlined.
