The Brief

Wendy Renee is a passionate, versatile, and talented singer who sings many genres of music. Full of energy, enthusiasm and charisma, she can be found entertaining throughout Southwest Florida at country clubs, churches, private events, festivals and prominent restaurants and bars. Wendy Renee contacted us to design her an updated mobile responsive website where she could display her schedule as well as sell her albums online.

Our Approach

Our approach in designing the new website was two-fold. Not only did it need to be aesthetically pleasing and attention-getting, it also needed to be functional. We built out a full calendar with the ability to tag events to show whether they are private or open to the public. On the music page, we integrated PayPal so Wendy Renee can sell her albums online. Also, by adding a playlist you can also listen to the songs she has uploaded and provided to sell on her albums. Other functionality included was a Mailchimp e-mail signup form, photo gallery, blog and ‘contact to book’ form. With new photography we were able to showcase the images throughout the website along with testimonials of Wendy Renee’s performances.

The Result

The final result of Wendy Renee’s new website is a modern, clean and mobile-friendly site. It serves as a communication platform that allows her fans to signup for her e-mail newsletter, view her upcoming schedule and purchase her albums online. Incorporating social media links lets folks stay connected to the latest updates from Wendy Renee.
